As a graphic artist and painter, Marina Le Gall is equally at ease drawing with a lead pencil, working with watercolours or poster paint. Her colours are often built up to create textures, and treated like a physical material. Maybe this is why she enjoys applying washes and glazes to her ceramic pieces so much.
