Bringing Contemporary Latin American Art to Greenwich, Connecticut!
Artemisa Gallery is showing a specially curated selection of our young Latin American artists in collaboration with Greenwich locals Bea Carmuega and Sheila Neilinger.
Artemisa Gallery Contemporary Latin American Art Exhibition in Greenwich 19 East Putnam Ave, Greenwich, CT
Greenwich locals Bea Carmuega and Sheila Neilinger are originally from Argentina and Brazil respectively, and share an interest in Latin American Art. These energetic and cosmopolitan women wanted to bring to Greenwich their appreciation for contemporary art. With that in mind, they partnered with New York City based Artemisa Gallery and created an amazing show that will feature a meticulously curated selection of Latin American artists working across a wide array of art genres – sculpture, painting, drawing and mixed media.
The show will showcase works by artists Vicky Barranguet, Rodolfo Choperena, Santiago Garcia Pilotto, Pajaro Gomez, Julio Alan Lepez, Milo Locket, Rebeca Mendoza, Martin Palottini, Martin Pelenur, Isabel Peña, Miriam Peralta, Martin Reyna, Alejandro Thornton, Isabel Turban,Valeria Vilar and Matias Waizmann.
The show will be on view from April 25th - May 14th. Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday 10:30 to 6:00PM.
