ATELIER AKI is a contemporary art gallery active in both international and Korean art markets. We focuses on all kinds of visual arts including architect, design and fine arts to create a place for a cultural exchange and ultimately to absorb art into our everyday lives.
ATELIER AKI will be showcasing a number of artists’ art works, Kisoo Kwon, who has been selected for artist theme project by Google which elaborates iGoogle homepage with the many other key artists including Jeff Koons and brands. The artist also showed his work at Venice Biennale through the special exhibition, in 2011, and Long Museum in Shanghai in 2013. Yehsine Kang, Seajoong Kim and Junyoung Kang, known as one of the uprising artists whom recently started to gain the spotlight from the European market who has been featured in an internationally well-known art site, 'artnet', will also be participating in the fair. In addition, Dylan Ryu will hold her first art fair at Art Central Hong Kong. The artist work with vintage art under the name of “History by Dylan” throughout Seoul, Tokyo, and Paris. Art works of the artists are now distributed in globe gallieries and renowned select shops such as Hermes, Colombo, Coach, 10 Corso Como in Hong Kong, Singapore, Jakarta, Taiwan, Seoul, Japan and Paris. Through, ATELIER AKI aims to introduce Korean contemporary art as well as Korean artists actively working both in Korea and aboard today, to the international audience.
