Brno del Zou uses fragmentation of the body to better recompose it by stylizing it in his own way. The bodies and faces are revisited and put into volume to form installations where the scale plays are multiple. From these "Photosculptures" emerges a manifest aesthetic bias but which, nevertheless, does not hide that part of chaos that inhabits our minds.
After the bodies and faces, Brno Del Zou looks at the city of Bordeaux and proposes to discover the city from a new angle.
In 1990 Brno Del Zou validated a doctorate in theoretical mechanics which led him, four years later, to take up the post of teacher-researcher in information and communication at the University of Poitiers. In 2006, after 12 years devoted to teaching and research, Brno Del Zou chose to concentrate exclusively on his artistic production. He then confirms his status as a photographer, visual artist, software designer, creator of video / sound / interactive installations.
