The First is the inaugural exhibition of Cordesa Fine Art gallery that backs an international roster of emerging and mid career artists opening March 11th, 2016 at 1040 Larkin Street in San Francisco. Cordesa is founded by Meghan Corso and Luke Lombadro.
The First is an exhibition showcasing work from around the world, which shows progressive creative thought through process, and an array of mediums. Creativity in the conventional sense is now no longer a matter of the becoming- commodity of culture, but it’s rather an economy of desire, in which forms our culture. The First is a culmination of our desires.
The First will feature the following artists; Harley LaFarrah Eaves, Katy Ann Gilmore, Taylor Dean Harrison, Nate Lewis, Sara Lundkvist, Martin Machado, Jen Mann, Sean Newport, Steuart Pittman, Kevin Earl Taylor and Robert Tchu.
The First will be on view through April 27th, 2016. To inquire about Cordesa or one of our artists, please contact Gallery Director, Meghan Corso at Meghan@cordesafineart.com. Cordesa is open Tuesday through Friday from noon to 6pm and Saturdays noon to 5:30pm.
