Making Space explores banal and commonplace empty spaces, non-places, liminal spaces, and ordinary, inanimate objects experienced as a state of ‘emptiness’. The visual language is an important element, interrogating perceptions of ‘neutral’ or ‘objective’ ways of seeing.
