In the current exhibition Seeraum, Anne Hody is presenting an installation which was already partially presented in Winterthur in 2011. This time the exhibition room turns into a big aquarium, where the observer can find himself again as a part of the work of art. The artist shows herself as a diver under water. Hody’s installation allows the observer to imagine diving into the cold water himself and to escape into the calmness of the artistic room – a world of weightlessness and freedom.

The exhibition Seeraum is kindly supported through the cultural department of canton Basel-Stadt and through the education, culture and sport direction of canton Basel-Landschaft / kulturelles.bl.
