The Supper Club and De Buck Gallery invite you to an exclusive event at the De Buck Gallery in the heart of New York's gallery district, where you will meet LA-based artist Tahnee Lonsdale and hear her talk about her latest body of work, followed by a Q&A, all whilst sipping delicious cocktails and Whispering Angel rosé, and soaking up the art. The show, entitled Pipe Dreams and Rabbit Holes, on view from June 29 - August 26, 2016 marks Lonsdale's debut solo exhibition at the gallery. Vibrant and mysterious, Tahnee Lonsdale's paintings invite her viewers into a world of fantastical escapism, discussing feminism, escapism and domesticity against a back drop of pastel pipes and runaway rabbits ( (in reference to Alice in Wonderland and Donnie Darko). The narrative elements to be gleaned from her semi-abstract landscapes bring us into a world where it seems that anything goes. RSVP: [email protected]
