The International Transboundary Electronic Art-Fair
In the “Zero Version”, the event starts in mid-May 2017 until mid-August 2017. This idea was launched from Gaza Strip. This sector is a part of the occupied Palestine which has been occupied since 1948. The strip is under siege and isolation depriving 2 million of its residents the freedom of movement and travel. Where Gazan artists from both genders took on the initiative to overcome the possibility of travel and transferring art work and participating in the art events worldwide .. By creating this artistic virtual entity to defeat all physical difficulties, while retaining all its outputs and real values.
This gathering and great demonstration are presented for the first time to offer a collection of art works created by an elite group of contemporary Palestinian, Arab and other artists. This model allows for hosting and receiving the event on a virtual land in Gaza Strip. The biggest challenge is to receive and exhibit works from all over the world. surpass and cross borders with complex procedures. To rediscover this diverse geographical area which is immersed in all sorts of art, to give the opportunity for art works to be shown and appreciated, and to create an opportunity for artists to gather from all over the world.
Participating artists and their works are real, realistic and of high quality and value. This electronic transboundary event is related to its realist counterpart in all of its aspects (advertising, selection criteria, press release and media, participating countries, galleries and museums exhibiting the works, shareholders and sponsors, intellectual property rights and copyright, booths and display spaces, printings and publications, speakers, guests, critics, and nominal subscription fees).
This form is free and exempted from terms which can prove to be hard or rather impossible in real life model such as (mail, insurance, geographical location, guest hosting and travel, rental of galleries, or booths in square meters, and entry tickets).
The Art-Fair tour can be browsed online through 3D Mockups, and a 360 Photography technique and modern generation Web technologies. This model simulates reality without taking the thrill and joy out of watching and living with this fantastic selection of art works.
In our future plans and strategy, we will work professionally and profoundly to develop the quality of this model through patent registration and periodical implementation, with the participation of a larger number of active institutions in the art sector locally, in the Arab region, and throughout the world. Engaging an elite group of art critics, and media writers from the art sector to give this model its real value.
Today, for the first time, we are starting to exercise our right and presence through the "Art-Fairs" event with a group of Gazan artists living in Gaza Strip who practice art and still live in isolation. We will launch the first official call in the Middle East (1st -Version) to change the pattern of cumulative counting to the countdown pattern to showcase the cruelty in denying artists the right to move and participate in art fairs outside the borders of their sieged hometowns, which resulted in a catastrophic decline both in their presence in art galleries, and financial gains.
A total of ten contemporary artists participate in the "Zero Version" (Mohamed Abosal, Abdel Raouf Al A'jouri, Sharief Sarhan, Majid Shala, Ayman Issa, Khaled Issa, Maher Naji, Misara Baroud, Marwan Nassar and Mohammed Al Madhoun).
Each of them presents works of painting on canvases and other multi-technical works.
