The world of childhood as a place of infinite possibilities. The iconic elements that compose it appear as a representation of that dreamlike, imaginative dimension proper to the human condition. A selection of works between the end of the 60s and the last century, is testimony to how artists of various generations have declined the theme of the game and the imaginary (fantastic) narration according to different articulations; in particular in the contemporary era, starting from the rupture provoked by Duchamp, the ludic character proper of the objects of this narration, in the multiple interpretations, can be inverted until alluding to conditions of drama.
