"Aesthetic Innovations" is dedicated to showcasing distinctive methods of artistic expression. The inspirations and materials of the artists are varied but the common theme of the exhibition is utilizing new mediums and ideas to create art.
“Aesthetic Innovations” explores novel approaches by which art can be created. The show features three distinctive creative approaches: Rick Lazes’ “Paper Dolls” are created by painting and shaping molten plexiglass, Michael Beresheim’s metallic-looking “Flag” reliefs are created by coupling construction materials with traditional paints and canvas, and Stephen Green’s textured paintings are comprised entirely by layering selections of transliterated economic philosophy.
“Aesthetic Innovation” is a celebration of imagination manifested. The exhibition invites the audience to examine how the distinctive creative processes augment the various artists’ visions.
