Bruno Gironcoli. Paintings & Sculptures

In the field of international contemporary sculpture, Bruno Gironcoli takes up a singular position. The Austrian artist devised an unmistakably idiosyncratic stylistic vocabulary, which he continuously developed from delicate wire-objects to the monumental and futuristic sculptures of the last two decades of his life. In parallel, he created an extensive body of works on paper and pencil drawings. Our exhibition presents a carefully selected cross section through Gironcoli’s oeuvre.
