Helge Hommes Caspar... again without compass in the orient

Painting is the tip of the iceberg of my creation process... according to my understanding of art.
(Life = Art + Art = Life).

The exhibition shows two aspects of my art, which go together in form and content.
The classic human perspective on the architecture of nature by men searching for stability and a compass in life is found in the series WALDESRUH since 1997.
These black –white – abstract – real works satisfy the need for clarity and peace.
These artworks can generate awareness that suggests a certain stability, and nourish confidence in life.
The formal coherence to the other workgroup is the common regard „onto" nature.
When you contemplate everything together, you also get the coherence with regards to content.
It is an invitation to take a closer look, to ask questions, and to doubt.
