For Photo Shanghai 2015, Galerie Photo12 is pleased to present works by photographers Giovanni Gastel, Jean Marie-Perier, Clark and Pougnaud, Guy Bourdin, Gao Hui, and Alexander James.
Works include a series of portraits featuring some of the world’s most renowned designers by Jean Marie-Perier, conceptual works by Giovanni Gastel, and two atmospheric landscapes by Gao Hui. Alexander James presents a ghostly illuminated flower suspended in water while Clark and Pougnaud present a photograph of an elegant 3d-model designed by the duo that appears to be at once real and unreal space. The gallery will also present a classical portrait of Carla Marlier in Dior by French fashion photographer Guy Bourdin.
Established in 2005 by Valérie Anne Giscard d’Estaing, Galerie Photo12 specializes in 20th century and contemporary photography.
