Cliff Turner captures familiar perspectives of Atlantic Canadian cities of Saint John, Fredericton, and Sussex, in a whole new light in this exhibition. He illuminates recognizable scenes, from bridges to city blocks in the foreground of the painting, and taking centre stage are his brilliant skies and cloudscapes. Cliff's high realist hand depicts immaculate buildings, cars, and streets, while simultaneously painting the clouds and skies above with careful freedom.
