We exhibited the artworks of European artists including Hans Innemee,Guy Dessapt and of printing works of James Rizzi.Also we represented the artworks of Yayoi Kusama,world-famous artist and Asagi Otawa,Japanese promising young artist.
Gallery SUIHA took part in the Asia Contemporary Art Show Hong Spring 2017,which brought us great success.We exhibited the artworks of two European artists,Hans Innemee and Guy Dessapt,one American artist Jammes Rizzi and of two Japanese artists.Hans Innemee is a Dutch artist and his artworks has been featured in the newspaperes and art magazines as a new type contemporary art and gained a lot of popurarity in Europe and Japan as well. Guy Dessapt is a French painter who lives and works in Vichy.Recognized as one of the successors of great Impressionists such as Monet,Renoir and Sisley,he continues painting his favorite subjects from the cities and countryside in France.His artworks are highly prized by art collectors worldwide.In addition to the artworks of these European artists,we exhibited the printing works of James Rizzi,an American pop artist who was born in Brroklyn,New York.He was famous for his 3D artworks,especially the large,elaborate printsand teeming anthropomorphic cityscapes. At the Show we also exhibited two Japanese artists.One of them was Yayoi Kusama.She is a worldwide famous Japanese avan-garde artist .Throughout her career,she has worked in a wide variety of media,including painting,soft sculpture and environmental installments,most of which exhibit her thematic interest in psychedelic colors,repetition and pattern,using polka dots and anets as motifs.Other artist was Asagi Kusama.She is a promising Japanese artist and depicts ordianary daily life with focus on light and shadow.Her works evoke ephemeral but vivit sense we have in our memory and has been popular among art lovers.
