Hall Spassov Gallery will be exhibiting works at the 2018 Seattle Art Fair. Headlining the exhibit will be Atlanta artist Benjamin Britton. Britton’s paintings, rooted in abstraction, capture in a quite realistic way the modern human experience. They are frenetic and at times slow in an instant as if time has come to a crawl and all of its detail is allowed to come into focus.
The gallery will contrast this work with the large scale meditative paintings of Tracy Taylor Grubbs. Existing at the opposing polarity of Britton, Grubbs works are calm moments that reward the viewer who allows themselves to quiet and rest.
We are excited to participate in this years iteration of the Seattle Art Fair. Join us from August 2nd - 5th at booth G20.
