«Expedition» is a visually and technically complicated project by Aleksandra Mitlianskaya. In the frames of one intention there are collected artworks of several years. Mainly there is monochrome paintings of 90’s and video of 2014, reproducing cinema-sketches of modern Buryatia landscapes.
«Expedition» is not a cold documental chronicle, not just a report on a journey. It is special view of reality, gazing mysterious being and a dialog with it.
