The art gallery L’Atelier 21 was selected to participate in the fourth edition of 1:54, an art fair dedicated to contemporary African art, which takes place, from October 6th to October 9th 2016, in London at Somerset House.
1:54 provides a crucial platform for the promotion of contemporary African art and art of African Diaspora. For its 4th London edition, 1:54 brings together nearly 40 galleries and exhibits more than 150 artists from Africa and its diaspora. Since its first edition in 2013, 1:54 has become a key event contributing to bring the voices of contemporary African artists to the international arena.

L’Atelier 21 has chosen to give visibility to painters who contributed to make the history of painting in Morocco a reality and to extend the interest for contemporary art.
