Locks Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of new work by Louise Belcourt. These buoyant works made of pieces of cut paper, acrylic and gouache are a nod to the energetic cut-outs of Matisse from the late 1940s, in which he invented a process of “drawing with scissors.”
