MATE Editions is a testament to the philosophy behind the museum’s exhibition programming, which encourages artists to experiment, collaborate, and create new and unique work.
MATE Editions strengthens the link between the institution and the artist, allowing the work presented to exist beyond the exhibition dates and the museum’s boundaries.
The proceeds directly benefit MATE’s exhibition program and education initiatives and enable the museum to continue offering free admission to temporary exhibitions and public programming.
30% of the net proceeds generated by the sale of the edition by Katherine Bernhardt will be donated to Rainforest Alliance.
MATE is a not-for-profit foundation that showcases local and international contemporary art in Lima and Peruvian talent across the world.
