McKenzie Fine Art is pleased to commence the fall season with an exhibition of new abstract paintings and drawings by Gary Petersen, opening Wednesday, September 4, with a reception for the artist from 6 to 8 p.m., and running through Sunday, October 20, 2019.

In his second solo exhibition with the gallery, Petersen continues to hone his take on geometric abstraction. While hard-edged, his paintings are not reductive; rather, they are imbued with an over-the-top exuberance.
