Julian Lucas (b. 1974, Chicago) is an African American photographer living and working in Los Angeles. His photographic oeuvre ranges from the fine art nude to an exploration of social issues and challenging of social norms. Further series include "Everyday Pomona" and "Apt #31" which chronicle everyday life alternating between intimate interior images and coarse street-scenarios.
