Centered in the Heart : Spar Street and the Vitality of Being features sculptures that continue in Street’s exploration of cosmic connections. Each of Spar Street’s pieces is meant to serve as an exploration and celebration of the courage it takes to be our authentic self, to take our place in life, to surrender each day to our soul’s true calling, to trust, and live wide open.
With a list of collectors list that includes His Royal Highness, The Sultan of Brunei, Sir Richard Branson, Ted Turner, Stanley Marcus, and Dr. Jane Goodall, Mario Andretti, Deepak Chopra, and Eckhart Tolle among others, it is obvious that Spar Street’s work has been chosen to inspire some of society’s most inspirational leaders. His background is untraditional for an artist, and includes extreme sports, such as skydiving and skiing. His thrill seeking and thirst for the ultimate feeling of life, was only satisfied when he decided to become a professional artist. Through his art, he is able to express his passion for exploration of the self, and the thrill of achieving and infusing his work with a higher level of consciousness surpasses any thrill accomplished through extreme sports.
Spar Street’s work has been featured in museums and galleries nationally and internationally, including the Museum of Contemporary Art in San Diego; the Hansen Galleries in New York City; Gallery Rodeo in Beverly Hills, California; Gallery 1949 in Aspen Colorado, Gallery Biba in Palm Beach Florida, the Rendez-Vous Art Gallery in Vancouver, B. C., Art Link in Sydney, Australia; and Art Gallery Masajiro in Tokyo.
