In this edition, we will present the series Solar Storm by Andrea Juan where, through a photo-performance shot in Antarctica, she addresses the current concerns about climate change. Zulema Maza portraits Ligeia and Félix, narrating insightful stories about the present and reflects on where we are heading as a society. Fabiana Barreda presents her porcelain landscapes, a tribute to childhood memories and a wink to the ceremony of tea, so characteristic of the English culture. Arturo Aguiar examines and explores the properties of light and colour in abstractions and geometries where the figures created from light evolve through time and establish their presence in space. Celine Frers explores wild, secret places of Argentina, focusing on natural beauty and local culture. Jasmine Rossi gazes in awe and surprises us with images of faraway civilizations that remain untouched after millennia. In the Kutho series, Andrea Alkalay was inspired by a concept of Merit. She talks about Buddhism, and the relation between religion / power and the parallel universes. Angela Copello records with impeccable technique the exuberance of vegetation in its purest state. Mariana Alexander delves into the perfectly designed details, textures and abstract shapes of Greenland’s ice landscapes. Laura Cardoner traces the chosen landscape before photographing it and recording the shot.
