Noted artist Neke Carson has created a new series of paintings depicting Fruit. Some are fake (Fictitious) made of plastic while others are real (edible). It is up to the viewer to try to figure out which is which. It is a well known secret that Cezanne painted paper pears and tried to pass them off as real. In fact real ones would ripen too fast so the paper pears are the ones viewers all over the world often swoon over. Carson takes one fruit at a time for an in depth investigation. The fruit looks like they are tossed in the air floating in a complete darkness. All the paintings are oil on canvass 18x24 inches.
