In his New York City solo debut, Rob Ventura repeatedly depicts the Hyoscyamus niger flower, commonly known as Black Henbane. Through painting, drawing, and sculpture, Ventura explores Black Henbane's cultural significance, as well as its anatomical and cellular structure.
