The title of this exhibition, Ner Ot, has compound meanings. In Hebrew, the word ner means candle (singular) and nerot means candles (plural). Dividing nerot into two words creates a beautiful double entendre. Adding -ot pluralizes a word but the word ot alone means symbol.
