RYAN LEE is pleased to announce our participation in Pulse Miami Beach Contemporary Art Fair.

Featured in Conversations, a platform that explores new visual and conceptual dialogues, the gallery will showcase work by Sandy Skoglund (b. 1946) and Martín Gutierrez (b. 1989).

Skoglund’s food still lives from the 1970s are based on her interpretation of commercial photo practices, while Gutierrez’s latest body of works, Girlfriends and Line Up, explore gender fluidity. This dialogue reveals their shared interest in constructed personas, artificial realities, hand-made photography, and saturated color within the canon of photography.
