Roth’s Húsin á Seyðisfirði, Vetur 1988 – Sumar 1995 [Houses of Seyðisfjörður, winter 1988 – summer 1995] is an installation of over 800 slides shown over four projectors that documents every house and building in Seyðisfjörður, taken in the winter of 1988 and then again in the summer of 1995. Each structure is shown in the same manner, regardless of its function, size or importance. For 2019 Skaftfell: Center for Visual Art will present this work in Angró, a disused harbour building from the 1880s, where Roth first created the installation in 1995.
