With his sign, Dalí re-emerges from a memorial struggle with the Spanish picaresque poems. His Holy Bible is imbued with dreamlike mythology. For Marcello Mariani pictorial trepidation is more subdued. The classical figure is intertwined with an intimately transcendent light.
