Winston Wächter Fine Art Seattle is pleased to announce our first solo exhibition with artist Philip Govedare, in our West Gallery, opening January 11th, 1-3pm. Govedare creates complex, layered landscapes that evoke a response and interpretation of the natural world. By using natural pigment oil paints, the layers express unique meanings to the conditions of the landscapes including light, color, texture, and atmosphere. He hopes for the audience to question what kind of relationship we have with the world and see the human impact on a fragile environment.
