For many years Oona Hassim has been documenting protest and demonstration through her stunning drawings and paintings. Woolff Gallery is honoured to be presenting her latest series of drawings depicting Brexit.

Recent political events in the UK have drawn many people to passionately voice their opinions. Vast numbers have taken to the streets as a way to express their various viewpoints. Oona Hassim has attended both leave and remain events and demonstrations around London and through her observations she aims to capture the mood, and depict the movement of people and the turbulent energy which is embodied in these protests.
