Martini Studio d'Arte: Modern & Contemporary Art

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Studio d’Arte Martini S.r.l General Terms of Sale, (the “Martini Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Martini Studio d'Arte: Modern & Contemporary Art through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Martini Terms, the Martini Terms will prevail.

Martini Terms Exclusions:
-Section 5 - You will not be required to register separately with Studio d’Arte Martini to bid in the auction as provided in Section. However, you may be required to complete some or all of Studio d’Arte Martini's registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
-Section 6 applies only to the extent bids are made through Artsy.
