Tate Ward: Urban and Contemporary Art
In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Tate Ward Conditions of Sale, (the “Tate Ward Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Tate Ward: Urban and Contemporary Art through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Tate Ward Terms, the Tate Ward Terms will prevail.
Tate Ward Terms Exclusions:
-The following portions of Section B (Registering to Bid) are excluded in their entirety:
Section B(1) (New Bidders)
Section B(2) (Returning Bidders)
Section B(3) Bidding on Behalf of Another Person)
Section B(4) (Bidding in Person)
Section B(5)(a) (Phone Bids)
Section B(6)(a) (Written Bids)
-Section B(6)(b) (Internet Bids) applies only to the extent bids are made through Artsy. All references to internet bids through internet bidding platforms or services other than Artsy do not apply.
-You will be considered a “registered” to bid online under the Tate Ward Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the Auction. You will not be required to register separately with Tate Ward to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Tate Ward’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
