LAMA: Prints & Multiples

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Rago/Wright Terms of Sale (the “Rago/Wright Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the LAMA: Prints & Multiples through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Rago/Wright Terms, the Rago/Wright Terms will prevail.

Rago/Wright Terms Exclusions:

The following sections are excluded in their entirety:

• Section 2 (Registration & Verification)
• Section 3 (Live Auctions and Times Auctions)
• Section 4 (How We Conduct Our Auctions)
• Section 5 (Information About Lots)
• Section 6 (Third Party Internet Bidding Services and Platforms) applies only with respect to bidding through Artsy and excludes all other third party online bidding platforms.

You will be considered a “registered bidder” under the Rago/Wright Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the auction. You will not be required to register separately for an Rago/Wright account to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the exclusions above, you may be required to complete some or all of Rago Wright’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
