Forum Auctions: Modern & Contemporary Art and Editions

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Forum Online Terms of Sale, (the “Forum Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the Forum Auctions: Modern & Contemporary Art and Editions through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Forum Terms, the Forum Terms will prevail.

Forum Terms Exclusions:
-Section 2 (Bidder Registration) is excluded in its entirety.
-The following portions of Section 3 (Bidding Procedures) are excluded in their entirety:
Section 3.1
Section 3.2
Section 3.5
Section 3.6
Section 3.7
-You will be considered a “registered bidder” under the Forum Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the Auction. You will not be required to register separately with Forum to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Forum’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.

-Forum charges a 3% fee for payments made by all company credit cards and personal cards issued by banks outside of the UK.
