Chiswick Auctions: Fine Photographs

In addition to Artsy’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Artsy Terms”), the Chiswick Terms and Conditions for Buyers, the Chiswick Cancellation Policy, and the Chiswick Returns and Delivery Policy (collectively, the “Chiswick Terms”) apply to all bidders that register for and/or bid in the AUCTION NAME through Artsy, except as limited below. In the event of a conflict between the Artsy Terms and the applicable Chiswick Terms, the Chiswick Terms will prevail.

-The following portions of Section 1 (Before the Sale) are excluded in their entirety:
Section 1.9 (Registration to the Sale)
Section 1.10 (Proof of Identity)
-The following portions of Section 2 (During the Sale) are excluded in their entirety:
Section 2.2 (Personal Bidding)
Section 2.3 (Commission Bids)
Section 2.4 (Telephone Bids)
Section 2.6 (Bidding on Behalf of Someone Else)
-Section 2.5 (Internet Bids) applies only to the extent bids are made through Artsy. All references to internet bidding through platforms or services other than Artsy do not apply.
-You will be considered a “registered Buyer” under the Chiswick Terms once you have successfully completed Artsy’s registration procedures for the Auction. You will not be required to register separately with Chiswick to bid in the auction through Artsy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may be required to complete some or all of Chiswick’s registration procedures in order to complete your purchase in the event you place a successful bid.
