To me, creation is a pleasurable pain expressed through the hands.

On the way home from work in Oksu-dong...
A narrow alleyway, a neighborhood close to the sky, and the cool mountain breeze outside the door on a hot summer day, and the view of the Han River through overlapping roofs.
When the moon rises in the middle of the night, the harmony between the light shining through the dark roofs and the moonlight on the old windows was an unforgettable night view. I could feel the fence of love for my family and the hope for tomorrow in my father's hand as he slithered up the steep stairs late at night.

My Matisse story...
Matisse's work, which properly simplifies primary and complementary colors and objects, has had a great influence on my creative world. Although these three works are independent, they all deal with connected stories like illustrations in an essay, and all of them talk about leisure and relaxation in daily life. The still life and people in the house and the scenery outside the house are each scenery at the same time, but each has a different meaning. I wanted to say that the woman's gaze toward the audience is a scene from the illustration as well as the main character of the essay.
It became a time for me to talk about the meaning of art and life while drinking a cup of coffee with my inner Matisse through three works.

This work is a brown bronze version with the same image as the work collected by BTS V. It is a work that pays homage to Chaplin's image as the author's own character, a rabbit.

The girl's self-portrait is a work that allows you to feel the city's ruthlessness and confident will, and it is a work that expresses women's human rights and spirit in moderation through color and form.

"An Imaginary Space," Kim Dae-sung's solo exhibition, showcases his visually sculpted world of imagination based on his free and pure thoughts, incorporating the meaning of "imaginary space."

Through a new genre called "painting sculpture," which combines the characteristics of three-dimensional and flat paintings, he presents an original world of form.
