Mar 6th – 9th 2019
Each year ZⓢONAMACO, Latin America’s prominent contemporary art fair, brings collectors, specialists, and galleries from around the world together in Mexico City. Founded by Zélika García in 2002, ZⓢONAMACO has established itself as one of the most notable platforms for selling, displaying, and promoting international contemporary art in the region.
Annually, the fair features more than a hundred galleries, publications, and cultural institutions in five sections: General, New Proposals, ZⓢONAMACO Sur, Modern Art, and Design. These exhibitors are selected by an international committee, which is composed of renowned gallerists and specialized curators.
ZⓢONAMACO FOTO and SALÓN DEL ANTICUARIO
In 2015 ZⓢONAMACO expanded to include two concurrent fairs in September, ZⓢONAMACO FOTO and SALÓN DEL ANTICUARIO. FOTO features regional and international galleries who specialize in vintage to contemporary photography and video; and ANTICUARIO brings together local and international antique dealers to present decorative arts, jewelry, furniture, and ceramics produced before 1960, as well as sculpture, painting, drawing and graphics dating from before 1950.
